Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show Experience

06:30 PM / 07:30 PM – Private Hotel or Cruise Pickup
Your private driver and representative will meet you in your Luxor hotel lobby or Nile Cruise ship dock. Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle directly to the Karnak Temple complex on the East Bank. 07:00 PM / 08:00 PM – Arrival & The Walking Show Begins
Pass through security as the gates of the temple are opened exclusively for the evening's audience. The lights dim, and the show begins right at the entrance:

The First Act: Walk slowly along the grand Avenue of Sphinxes as the booming voice of the temple narrators welcomes you to the kingdom of Amun-Ra.

The Columns of Giants: Move with the group into the majestic Great Hypostyle Hall. As the narration details ancient religious festivals and battles, lights dance across the towering columns, revealing carvings and hieroglyphics hidden by day.

07:45 PM / 08:45 PM – Seated Grand Finale at the Sacred Lake
Your guide will lead you to the open-air theater seating area situated right along the edge of the Sacred Lake. Sit back and relax as the final act unfolds against the panoramic backdrop of the lit-up temples and towering obelisks, telling the story of how Karnak was rediscovered and excavated from the desert sands.

08:15 PM / 09:15 PM – Return Private Transfer
Once the lights fade and the show concludes, your private driver will be waiting right outside the main gates to escort you smoothly and safely back to your hotel or cruise ship.
